About Dr. Inbal Avisar

Dr. Avisar is a senior ophthalmologist in the Beilinson Ophthalmology Department - Rabin Medical Center, Petah Tikva and currently also serves as chair of the Department of Oculoplastics in Israel. Dr. Inbal Avisar is an expert in ophthalmology and oculoplastic surgery and has extensive experience in eyelids, tear ducts and orbital surgery. She currently receives patients in several settings: as part of her work at Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva and privately in the eye clinic of Assuta Medical Center in Tel Aviv and in the Sharap+ clinic in Petach Tikva and in the eye clinic in Herzliya (City Gate 2) that also provides service to Maccabi HMO members.

Dr. Avisar completed her medical studies with honors in the Faculty of Medicine of the Technion. She specialized in ophthalmology in the Ophthalmology Department of Rabin Medical Center. She later underwent a one-year post-doctoral fellowship at Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, England, where she gained extensive experience in eyelids, eye socket and tear duct surgery. In addition to her work as a physician, Dr. Avisar is engaged in research and works as a lecturer at Tel Aviv University. She also publishes articles in international medical journals and is invited to lecture at scientific conferences in Israel and around the world.
